Official Partnership

RoyalCustom is the main license provider and an official partner of GTAMods. Licenses can be purchased from both www.RoyalCustom.Shop and www.GTAMods.Shop.

License and Usage Rights

When you purchase digital content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Exceptions apply only to shared uses (e.g., roleplay servers). You are not allowed to share or resell the content to third parties.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights to the digital content, including intellectual property rights, remain with RoyalCustom or its licensors. You may not modify, unlock, edit, or change the content, except for *.meta files.

License Restrictions

Licenses are not sold as 3D files. They are game-ready files for private use only. Commercial use is not allowed or intended. It is strictly forbidden to convert game files into 3D files to extract models from the encrypted files.

Availability and Warranty

RoyalCustom and GTAMods do not guarantee the continuous availability or quality of the digital content. The content is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

Liability Limitation

RoyalCustom and GTAMods are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital content. No liability is assumed for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses.

Returns and Refunds

Since digital content is not a physical product, returns or refunds are generally excluded unless the content is faulty or not as described. In such cases, corrections will be handled through our Discord ticket system.

Changes

RoyalCustom reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms can be found on the RoyalCustom and GTAMods websites.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Please note that we are not responsible for any bans on your RP server due to brand infringement. You are solely responsible for your RP server. All displayed brands are for illustrative purposes only.
